Ingredients

    2 Potatoes
    1 kg Pumpkin
    1 tbs of ground cumin
    0.5 of tbs of ground coriander
    1 cup of chicken or vegetable stock
    1.5 cups of water
    1 garlic clove
    1 onion

Directions

Heat onion and garlic over heat until soft.
Add spices and stir until fragrant.
Add potato, pumpkin, water, stock and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
allow to cool and then blend.
Serve with crusty bread.
