Ingredients

3 pkgs Top Ramen (chicken flavor)
1 1/2 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in strips
1 Tbls olive oil
1 Tbls veg. oil
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 yellow summer squash
1 zuchinni
1 tsp Szechwan seasoning blend
Sesame Salt
Soy Sauce
Directions
Slice chicken, sprinkle with desired amount of Szechwan seasoning and sesame salt (if you have it). Heat oils in skillet until hot, add chicken. Saute until chicken is cooked through, remove from pan. Meanwhile, cook Top Ramen according to pkg directions in separate pan.
Add peppers to the pan you used for the chicken, and a little more seasoning. Saute peppers until just beginning to soften. Add squash, saute 2-3 min.
Add two of the three seasoning packets from the Top Ramen to the noodles, then when ready add to the vegetables. Return chicken to pan.
