Ingredients

    1/4 cup onion chopped
    1 tsp olive oil
    3 cups chicken broth
    1 cup chopped carrot (or other veggies)
    1/2 cup pasta(dry) or 2 oz
    3 oz of cooked chicken chopped
    1/2 cup spagetti sause
    1 T parmesan cheese

Directions

Brown onion in bottom of pot in soup pot for a minute. Then add broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta and carrots(can use any other veggies you like, frozen works too) and cook for recomended time for the pasta. Add cooked chicken and spagetti sause. Top with parmesan cheese. Makes a very large single serving or two small ones. 1/2 this and a salid might do for lunch.
