Ham, egg, bread. What could be better? And all under 300 calories! Ham, egg, bread. What could be better? And all under 300 calories!

    One slice of ham
    One English Muffin
    One large egg
    Oil for frying the egg


1. Split the muffin and put it in the toaster.
2. Turn on the frying pan and warm up the oil.
3. Fry the egg however you like it. If possible, keep the yoke runny so you can mop it up later with the muffin.
4. Once the muffin is tasted enough, put on the margerine.
5. Put the ham over the margerine and put the egg over that.
6. Enjoy!
Makes one sandwich.
