    1.5 cups rolled oats
    1.5 cups crushed pineapple w/natural juice (no sugar added)
    1 medium apple, finely diced
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup water


Mix all ingredients and chill a minimum of one hour before serving. Great topped with fat free half and half and bananas.
