    1/4 c walnuts
    1/4 c dates
    2 cn peach halves
    1T vanilla
    1t salt
    2c milk
    2c oats

    3T coconut flakes


Put walnuts and dates in the bottom of an 8x8" pan.
Place peach halves over top.
Cover with oats
Mix milk, vanilla and salt.
Sprinkle with coconut.

Bake 375' for 35-40 minutes

Best served cold with maple syrup and milk .
