    2 cups flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup cheddar cheese


Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in margarine.
Stir in cheddar cheese.
Stir in milk.
Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400d for 10 to 12 minutes.
