Number of Servings: 16


    1 (16 oz.) bag wide egg noodles
    4 (10.75 oz.) cans condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) tub light Sour Cream
    1 quart skim milk (you might not need all of it)
    1 t. each salt & pepper


Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking, combine the soup, and sour cream in a large pot. Whisk in the salt and pepper and half of the milk. If too thick, whisk in remaining milk until smooth. Add in the frozen meatballs. Heat over Medium high heat, stirring occasionally un til hot and meatballs are heated through. Stir cooked pasta into sauce and meatball mixture, serve hot. Makes about 16 1-cup servings.

  • Easy go to, but keep in mind, the meatballs are not on the ingredient list, so it is not accurate in calories, I was dreading having this tonight, my fiance makes it, but a large salad and small serving will be fine. - 1/17/12

    you are very welcome. the recipe can be halved or doubled as needed for smaller or larger meals. my daughter (10 yrs old) loves helping me make this!
