Ingredients

    4 c. blueberries
    1 c. self rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    6 T. margarine, melted

Directions

Place blueberries in desired baking dish. Mix sugar & flour. Mix egg into dry ingredients with fork until crumbs form. Sprinkle evenly over berries. Pour margarine over top. Bake at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes.

Any fresh fruit may be substituted in place of blueberries. Delicious with vanilla ice cream!

    Great tasting. A little dry though could use somemore liquid. Maybe I used to large a pan used 13x 9. Also I added cinnamon on top. To lighten will try next time with splenda and maybe egg beaters. - 8/7/09
