    1 14.5 oz pkg Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne
    1 10 oz. pkg baby spinach
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/2 cup feta, crumbled
    1/2 cup kalamata olives, sliced
    10 basil or mint leaves (optional, but good!)
    1 T. balsamic vinegar
    3 T. olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste


While cooking pasta, wash, drain and tear spinach into pieces. Mix with chopped tomato, crumbled feta, kalamata olives and torn mint or basil leaves. When pasta is done, toss with spinach mixture, and coat with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Salt & pepper to taste.
