Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz wide egg noodles
    6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
    3-4 large garlic cloves, minced
    1.5 cups crimini or button mushrooms
    3 cups Bertolli Alfredo Sauce
    1.5 tbs canola oil

Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add canola oil. Add mushrooms and garlic. When mushrooms begin to soften, add cut up chicken thighs. Cook until chicken is done, then add Bertolli Alfredo sauce and heat until hot.

Prepare noodles til al dente, the mix chicken alfredo mixture to drained noodles. Makes 6-8 servings.
