Ingredients

    Grahm Craker Crust:
    1 1/3 cups Grahm cracker crumbs (1 pkg. crushed)
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 cup melted margarine

    Strawberry Filling
    Place 5 cups whole strawberries (or more) around pie shell and mound up as desired. (Recipe calculated for 5 cups.)
    GLAZE: 1 - 1/2 cups water
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2 TBS corn starch
    1 pkg. ( .3 oz.) Sugar Free Strawberry Jello

Directions

Makes 1 - 9" Pie
Grahm Cracker Crust: Crush grahm crackers in blender or in plastic bag with rolling pin. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted margarine till blended. Spray 9" pie plate with PAM lightly, press mixture with spoon into bottom and sides of pie plate. Refrigerate 15-20 min. until well chilled.

Strawberry Glaze:
Combine all ingredients into a sauce pan over HIGH heat STIRRING CONSTANTLY; bring to a boil; reduce heat slightly and boil until thick about 3 min. Cool mixture for about 5-10 minutes then pour over strawberries you lined pie crust with. Cover each berry with glaze and place in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Serve with Light Cool Whip (add calories)

    Very Good
    This was very good. All I did differently was cut back a bit on the sugar in both the glaze and crust. My husband went back for seconds; I thought about it but overate my calorie range by 70 calories. This pie was definitely worth working off. - 6/26/10
