This is FABULOUS! I eat this whenever I get the chance. Definitely need to try it! Note: I am not including the calories for the bagel/bread because no bagel is created equal and it will be much more accurate if you add your brand to your food tracker along with this. Ingredients

Fat free cream cheese, 2 oz
Avocado, Haas, 45 grams
Sundried tomatoes, soaked in water to soften up and sliced, 30 grams
Bagel or toast (not included in nutritional value)
Directions
1. slice your bagel in half and toast (or toast your bread)
2. Spread the cream cheese first, then avocado and lastly sun dried tomatoes.
3. Put the top of the bagel on and dig in!
