Ingredients

    1 pk chicken sausage sliced into 1/4" rounds (I like TJ sun dried tomato chicken sausage)
    1.5 Tbsp EVOO
    1 box frozen chopped broccoli
    4 servings of either WW pasta or brown rice
    1.5 c reduced fat low sodium chicken broth
    .5 c white wine
    1 Tbsp corn starch

Directions

1. Saute sausage rounds in the olive oil until slighly browned

2. Toss in thawed broccoli, 1 c of the chicken stock and the white wine, cook until simmering

3. mix in the cornstarch with the remaining chicken stock, stir into sausage mixture until sauce has thickened.

4. Serve over rice or pasta
