Introduction

Whole grains and no oil makes this the best. Whole grains and no oil makes this the best.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    3 cups of milk
    6 T unsweetened applesauce
    1 C whole wheat flour
    1 C white flour
    1/2 C oat flour
    1/2 C crude wheat bran
    6 t baking powder
    2 1/2 T sugar

Directions

Mix ingredients. Pour onto heated griddle. Cook until risen and bubbles popping. Flip. Cook another 30 seconds. Serve with reduced fat margarine and reduced calorie syrup. Or like me, with 1 T natural peanut butter, no butter or syrup. Makes 15 6" pancakes.
