Number of Servings: 64

Ingredients

    3 large figs (about 2 cups slices)
    1 pint strawberries (about 2 cups slices)
    2 tbsp cups lemon juice
    1 box no sugar needed pectin (1.75 ounces)
    .5 cup water
    .5 cup white sugar


Directions

Put all ingredients but the sugar in a non-stick pot and bring to a boil, mashing figs with a potato masher. Add sugar and boil 1-2 minutes. Put in sterilized canning jars and pressure boil about 10 minutes.
Makes about 2 pints (4 little jars) or about 64 tablespoons.
