A great alternative to hamburgers. A great alternative to hamburgers.
Number of Servings: 4


    1/2 lb Ground Turkey
    1 egg
    1/4 Cup chopped Onion
    1/2 Cup Whales Crackers (or other favorite baked cracker) - yeild 1/4 Cup ground
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    Dash Salt


Mix all ingredients until well blended. Mixture should be moist, but not liquidy. Devide into 4 and form into balls. Flatten balls. Cook on griddle until browned, flip and continue cooking until browned.

Makes 4 patties.
