Number of Servings: 4


    225 grams of Buckwheat Noodles (or whole wheat)
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    3 cup Broccoli, fresh, chopped
    1.5 cup, Onions, raw, chopped
    3 tsp pureed ginger
    4 tsp Garlic
    400 grams of buffalo steak, cut into thin strips
    1/4 cup low sodium beef broth
    3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    6 tsp packed brown sugar
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    1 tbsp Sesame Seeds


Cook noodles Drain. Return to pot. Toss with olive oil and sesame seeds.
Heat canola oil in skillet. Stir fry broccoli, onion. Add ginger and garlic. Add buffalo steak strips Stir fry for about 5 minutes.
In small bowl mix the broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and oyster sauce. Add to skillet. Toss in the noodles.

Serves 4.
