    5 Large Potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin slices
    2 Cups Low Fat Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp Dehydrated Onion Flakes (or to taste)
    1/2 Tbsp Salt (or to taste)
    1/2 Tbsp Pepper (or to taste)
    1/2 Cup Skim Milk


Peel and slice the potatoes. Layer 1/3 in the bottom of a square or round casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, dehydrated onions and cheese over the potatoes. Repeat two more times. Pour up to 1/2 cup skim milk over the potatoes and cheese -- until milk covers 1/2 the bottom layer of potatoes.

Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. You can also cover with saran wrap and microwave for 20 minutes or until potatoes are softened.

You can modify the calories by using non-fat cheese and reducing the amount of milk. You can also lower the sodium by using less salt.
