    5 oz bonless, skinless chicken breast
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)
    *Dole American Salad Mix, 3 oz (remove)
    Sour Cream, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, .25 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Tuscan Italian Dressing, 2 Tbsp, .5 serving
    Memories of Portugal Piri Piri Barbeque Sauce, 2 tbsp


Marinate chicken for 30 mins. Heat up grill pan and lightly oil. Meanwhile, prepare rice as usual. Add breasts to grill pan and cook on each side until juices run clear. Rice should be done after 15 minuets. Once done stir in 1 tbsp Piri Piri sauce. Slice chicken and plate. Add 1 cup of rice to plate. Plate salad and diced tomatoes. Enjoy with sides of sour cream and piri piri sauce.
