This great side dish will have your family wanting more. This great side dish will have your family wanting more.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can cream style corn
    3/4 c milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 TBSP sugar
    2 TBSP butter/margarine
    1.5 TBSP flour
    salt and pepper dash


Beat egg and milk until well blended. Add softened butter. Stir in sifted flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add all corn.

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes (forms the edges) and then reduce heat to 350 for 45 minutes.

For an extra flavor add 2 TBSP cinnamon (yummy)

  • This recipe was simple and easy. It was delicious. My 9 year old said "Mom this is so good". I added a tbsp of vanilla and tsp of nutmeg. I also substituted corn starch for the flour.. - 11/29/12
