    Broccoli, fresh, 2 large bunchs
    Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt), 1/3 cups
    Raisins, .3 cup, packed
    Purple Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped thinly
    1 Pound of bacon cook crisp and broken into small pieces

    Poppy Seed Dressing

    Cider Vinegar, .3 cup
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Dry Mustard, 1 tsp
    Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 16 tbsp
    Poppy seed, 1.5 tbsp


Combine all dressing ingredieents except the oil and poppy seeds in blender. Blend on high until well mixed about 20 seconds. Remove blender cover and with blender on low gradually pour in oil. When all oil is poured the dressing should be smooth, slightly thick and light yellow. Pour dressing into a container and stir in poppy seeds. dressing will lose the ligfht yellow color when poppy seeds are added. Chill thoroughly

Assemble ingredients immediately before serveing
