Great low fat banana muffins. Makes 12. Great low fat banana muffins. Makes 12.
Number of Servings: 12


    3 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 egg whites, 1/3 cup margarine, 1tbsp baking powder, 1 tbsp baking soda, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour.


Mash bananas with the sugar. Add the egg whites and the margarine. Sift together the baking powder and soda, salt and flour. Add to the bananas. Stir all together.
Pour in a muffin pan, bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes.
