    1 deep dish9" pie shell, baked
    1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
    1 cup 2% cheddar or colby cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 cups half and half
    4 eggs, beaten


Sprinke cheese into quiche shell. Combine half and half and eggs. Pour over cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Test by putting a knife into center; it should pull out clean.

Makes 8 servings.
