    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 cup
    Honey, .6 cup
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2 cup, dry
    Protein Powder, 16 tbsp
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup


Just mix everything up in a bowl, put it in a brownie or cake pan, and leave it in the fridge. After it has solidified, cut it up into bars.

  • I substituted almond butter and agave nectar fot pb and honey and these were great. I might add cocoa or some dark chocolate chips next time. Can also see adding dried fruit like craisins, raisins, or cranberries. - 12/31/14
