Number of Servings: 14

    9 cups of water
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    3 stalks of celery, chopped
    12 baby carrots sliced(or 3-4 regular carrots)
    2 Tblsp. dried onion flakes
5-6 large to medium potatoes, chopped
2 lbs. 93% Fat Free Hamburger
    1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. season salt (I tried to add this in the nutritional info but it is not in the data base).

Chop up the carrots, potatoes, and celery. Add to the water and bouillon cubes. Bring all of it to a boil in a big saucepan. Cook the hamburger, pepper, and season salt in another skillet while the other vegetables are boiling. Add the hamburger and boil until the vegetables are tender. This makes a lot of soup. It makes 13-14/ 1 cup size servings.
