15 ounces chick peas
1/4 cup Tahini
1/8 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 to 3/4 cup water
Directions
Add ingredients to blender or food processor and blend on high for three minutes. Add water if thick.
