    93% Lean Ground Beef, 1 lb.
    1 Egg
    1/4 C. Milk
    Black Pepper
    12 Saltine Crackers, crushed
    1/2 C. Onions
    1 14.5 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes


Mix all ingrediants together, but only use half the can of diced tomatoes.
Put mixture in a loaf pan.
Put the other half of the diced tomatoes on top of the meat mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
Makes 6 servings
