Number of Servings: 1


    * 1/4 cup almonds, raw, soaked overnight
    * 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
    * 1/4 - 1/2 cup water (adjust for desired thickness)
    * 1-3 prune soaked overnight (desired sweetness)
    * 1/2 plum
    * 1/4 medium banana (or more to taste)
    * 4 oz yogurt (I prefer the Cultural Revolution Brand)


Put almonds and flaxseed meal with 1/4 cup water in food processer. Add a little more water and start adding in fruit.
Last comes the yogurt, which is optional.

Serve immediately and top with blueberries and diced strawberries with a drizzle of yogurt on top. Enjoy!! :)
