    1 1/2 tbs EVOO
    1/4 c almond slivers
    1 onion, diced
    2 c Bulgar
    4 c broth or chicken stock
    salt & pepper to taste


Toast almonds in dry pan, remove. Saute onions in oil, remove. Add bulgur, brown, then add sauteed onions, salt and pepper, and brown another minute. Add broth. Bring to boil, then simmer until liquid is absorbed.
