Ingredients

    1 box whole wheat pasta
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/4 cup feta cheese
    1 tsp basil
    1 egg white

Directions

cook the whole wheat spaghetti.
While the spaghetti is cooking place cottage cheese, feta and basil into blender and blend till smooth.
Drain spaghetti and place back into pan, add egg and toss (while still hot, the egg will cook)
mix in cheese sauce.
Toss till well mixed.
Salt and pepper to taste
