    1 cup Barilla Plus Rotini
    1 cup Baby Carrots, chopped
    1/2 cup Bell Peppers, chopped
    1/2 cup Onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil
    2 Red Potato, cut into wedges
    Italian Seasoning blend


Cook the pasta.
Meanwhile, saute the vegetables in the oil with some Italian seasoning.
Mix the drained pasta into the vegetables, add salt, pepper, and additional italian seasoning to taste.
