    Beef Franks, Hebrew National, 6
    *Cornmeal, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Molasses, 2 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Butter, unsalted, .25 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup
    *White Vinegar, 1 tsp
    *Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup


Mix butter, eggs, and molasses togetyher. Add rest of ingredients, except hot dogs and cheese. Pour 1/2 mixture into square greased pan. Spread cheese and sliced hot dogs over mixture. Cover with remaining mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Square 8X8 cut into 9 pieces
