    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 T. baking powder
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 T.melted butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk


In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until mixture is smooth and contains no lumps. In preheated waffle iron, ladle in about 1/3 c. for each waffle and cook until waffles are golden brown (about 3-4 Min.).
