    500 g of extra lean ground beef
    6 cubes or packets of beef bouillon
    1/4 C Cornstarch
    2 Cup Water
    1 Cup Frozen Corn
    1 Cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
    4 Cups Diced potatoes
    1 Cup 1% Milk
    1/4 Cup Salted Butter


1. Brown Beef in Skillet then Drain Fat
2. Boil potatoes and mash when soft with the milk and butter.
3. When beef is drained add in frozen peas, carrots, and corn.
4. Mix Cornstarch, Beef bouillon and Water and add to beef mixture. Bring to a light boil then reduce heat to simmer until sauce thickens.
5. When sauce is thick, fill a glass baking dish with meat/veggie mixture.
6. Top with potatoes.
7.Bake on 375F for 20 minutes. Broil until tops of potatoes are brown.
8. Allow to cool 5 minutes
