    2 cups fat-free cottage cheese, pureed
    1 ounce or box/2 tbsp. unflavored, sugar free gelatin
    1/2 cup boiling water
    1 tsp. lemon
    1-1/5 tsp. vanilla extract


1. Mix the gelatin with the boiling water until dissolved.
2. Put the cottage cheese in a blender and add the dissolved gelatin to it.
3. Blend until creamy looking.
4. Put in container and chill until it firms up!

NOTES: using strawberries would make it sweeter or you might wanna add sweetner or sugar

SUBSTITUTIONS : You can use fat free cream cheese instead of cottage cheese. You can use flavored jello sugar free.

    i have to admit, though, that i've never tried it :) It's difficult to find these 'taken for granted alternatives' in Korea. I was holding on to the recipe for when I go back to the states which is around the corner!!!! please let me know how it turned out!
