    Freshly ground Whole Wheat kernels Rolled Oats Eas protein whey powder Baking Powder and Soda Sea Salt Organic Egg Skim Milk Canola oil agave applesauce white beans fresh or frozen blueberries


Combine all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl make a well into the center. In a separate bowl combine all moist ingredients excepting the blueberries. Add all at once to dry ingredients stir just until moistened allow batter to be lumpy fold in blueberries. Spoon evenly into 12 muffin baking sprayed tins or paper liners in tins. Bake at 375* oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
Freeze or store in fridge
