Introduction

A starter for beef stew, season to your own taste. A starter for beef stew, season to your own taste.

Ingredients

    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 454 grams
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 140 grams 1 pepper
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large
    Water, tap, 875 grams 4 cups
    Celery, cooked, 190 grams 3 large stalks
    Corn Starch, .25 cup
    Olive oil 1 tbsp

Directions

Wash all veggies and dice into bite size pieces.
Dice up beef and brown in olive oil
Add all veggies, and water bring to a boil and add corn starch to thicken
Add your spices and seasoning to taste let simmer for 30 minutes. Makes about 8 servings.
