Ingredients

    1 pound skinless boneless chicken cubed
    2 cups mushrooms
    1 cup onion
    1/2 cup celery
    1 tbs olive oil
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp savory
    1/2 cup chicken stock
    1/2 cup water
    1.5 tsp cornstarch
    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Broil chicken in pan filled with water until cooked, drain meat.
saute mushrooms, onions and celery in oil until soft. add onion powder, savory and 1/2 cup of chicken broth. cover and simmer till vegetables are soft.
dissolve cornstarch in 1 tbs broth, add to sauce pan cook stirring till thickened.
Puree cottage cheese until smooth and creamy, add the milk and lemon and puree.
Add meat to the vegetable mixture, remove from heat, add cottage cheese mixture and serve.
