    Beef chuck, 2 lb (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *HyVee Old Fashioned Oats, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, .5 cup (remove)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)


mix together well. Bake at 350 until done.

  • This sure is easy to fix and the sodium level is perfect. Used ground buffolo instead of beef so I cut the fat. Tasted just fine! - 7/8/09
