Looks green and has some greens in it but you can't taste them!!! Looks green and has some greens in it but you can't taste them!!!
Number of Servings: 3


    * 4-5 Tbsp flaxseed meal
    * 1/4 cup sprouted buckwheat groas
    * 3/4 Tbsp peanut butter
    * 1/4 cup pecans
    * 1/2 cup water
    * 2 Tbsp light coconut milk
    * 1/4 extra small banana
    * 1 tsp sun crystals


In a food processor, blend all ingredients together.

Add more or less water (or coconut milk) for desired consistency.

Feel free to add more banana or even avocado for added thickness and get creative with toppings...I put textured vegetable protein and a little avocado for extra crunch and flavor, but try blueberries, nuts, etc. You can also try adding a raw egg into the mixture for added protein!!
