Ingredients
-
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 3 tbs
Garlic, 2 cloves
Basil, 2 tbsp
Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup
*tomato chopped or sliced, raw, 1 cup
*Mushroom, Raw, Fresh, 100 gram(s)
*Zuchinni, fresh, 1 cup sliced, 1 cup
Directions
1.Heat olive oil, basil, oregano, and chopped garlic in a skillet, while in a separate pan you cook the pasta.(When pasta is ready drain)
2.Slice the mushrooms and zuchinni and dice the tomatos. When pan is heated add the zuchinni and brown then throw in the mushrooms(they cook a lot faster). After about a minute or two after you put the mushrooms in throw in the tomatoes for about a minute.
3. Dump the drained pasta into the skillet with the zuchinni, mushrooms and tomato and mix to get all the juices.
4. If you like a little more moisture with your pasta, add the herb ingredients into some olive oil and drilzzle on top.
You can add some cheese on top if you want, but I left it out of the recipe. Also toast some bread with a little butter and garlic if you wish!
