    3 chicken breasts - about 1.5 pounds
    1 package of Chavrie Goat Cheese (5.3oz)
    10oz frozen chopped spinach
    1 cup Healthy Choice Pasta Sauce
    Montreal Chicken Seasoning


Mix together the goat cheese and the spinach - thawed and well drained. Pound chicken thin, and sprinkle with Montreal Chicken Seasoning. Spread 1/3 of cheese mixture on chicken and roll. Place iseam side up in a oven proof saute pan, and cook about 5 minutes on each side, so then finish with the seam side down. Place in a 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes. 15 minutes in, spoon a bit of the sauce over the top to avoid drying out the chicken. Serve with remaining sauce for dipping.
