Ingredients

    1/4 cup uncooked rice ( Brown or white)
    1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
    1/2 cup diced bell pepper
    spices as desired: cayenne, black pepper, chili powder and paprika for added color

Directions

1 cook rice according to directions
2 in last 10 mins of cooking the rice add beans pepper and spices
3 cook remaining 10 mins, stir and serve!
