    -1 c. flour
    -.67 c. brown sugar
    -.25 tsp. salt
    -6 Tbsp. light butter

    -2 medium apples
    -.5 ground cinnamon
    -.125 tsp ground cloves
    -1.5 c. cake flour
    -.33 c. cornstarch
    -1 stick of light butter
    -1 c. powdered sugar
    -1 c. Splenda
    -1 tsp. vanilla
    -3 eggs


Mix 1 cup of all purpose flour, brown sugar, .25 tsp. salt, and 6 Tbsp. light butter to make streusel topping. Put in fridge.

Cream remaining butter with powdered sugar and splenda. Beat in eggs one at a time. Then vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Spread batter into floured and buttered springform pan (9 or 10 inch). Slice apples and arrange in spiral pattern on batter. Sprinkle streusel from fridge onto the top of the apples. Bake for approx. 75-80 minutes in a preheated 325 degree oven.
