    1 ripe tomato on the vine
    1/2 small onion
    1/2 green bell pepper
    2 jalepeno peppers
    good handful of cilantro (to taste-I love it)
    1 tsp red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt


Prepare the veggies to fit in a food processor. Be sure to derib/seed the jalepeno. Throw them in along with the cilantro, chop'em up and transfer to a small container. Pour over red wine vinegar and sprinkle on salt. Place a lid on your container and shake it up. Eat it the next day, it is better. I eat the entire batch with two servings of torilla chips for a snack or lunch.
