    linguine, cooked, cubed chicken, chopped broccoli, chopped sun dried tomatoes, drizzle of white truffle oil


Cook linguine al dente. Plunge broccoli in boiling pasta water and cook 2 mins, then cool quickly under cold water. Chop. Combine linguine with broccoli, chopped dried tomatoes (in oil), cubed chicken and chopped fresh basil. Drizzle with 1-2 tsp white truffle oil. Toss and serve.
