    8 oz uncooked Macarrones pasta
    1 cup of Hellmans Light Mayonaise
    1 cup cucumber (peeled, seeds removed, diced)
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 cup onions minced
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Cook pasta according to packaging directions. While pasta is cooking, chop veggies and place in a large bowl. When pasta is done, drain and rinse with cold water until pasta is no longer hot. Add to bowl with veggies, add mayo and Salt & Pepper to taste. Combine.
Makes about 8, one cup servings.
