Ingredients

    1 1/3-1 1/2 c sliced cucumber with peel
    1 c chopped ripe tomatoes
    1/2 c Kraft Light House Italian Salad Dressing
    2 Tbsp Kraft Shredded Parmesan, Romano and Asiago Cheeses

Directions

Wash cucumber and cut in half. Cut off 3 strips of skin. Cut in half and then cut in half again. Slice and put into bowl. Wash and chop tomatoes of your preference (I use roma). Add salad dress and cheese. Mix well and refrigerate.
