Introduction

These waffles require no sugar or sugar substitute!! The Lecithin allows you to use no oil which greatly reduces the calories and fat!! These waffles require no sugar or sugar substitute!! The Lecithin allows you to use no oil which greatly reduces the calories and fat!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/4 c. wheat flour
    1/2 c. white flour
    1 T baking powder
    3 T powdered milk
    1 T powdered egg
    2 T Lecithin granules
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp vanilla
    (You can use any other extract. I often use almond extract.)
    2 c. water (add more as needed to achieve desired consistency)

Directions

Mix all ingredients.

I use a Belgian waffle maker that uses 3/4 cup batter per waffle. I get 4 Belgian style waffles per batch. 1 serving equals 1/2 Belgian waffle for a total of 8 servings.
